To help us process your request efficiently, please ensure that the email is sent from your registered email address, or you include your registered email address in the message.

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

For security purposes, we may verify your identity before processing your request. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of accounts.

All valid account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted

Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data, including:

Account profile information (name, email, phone number)

Authentication and login data

User preferences and settings

Any data linked to your activity within the app

In certain cases, we may retain limited information where required for legal and regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and security, and enforcement of our terms and policies.

Any retained data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account or recover any data
